1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

• "arta4d", "we", "us", "our" refers to the arta4d online gaming platform, operated under international gaming licenses, providing casino games, sports betting, and related entertainment services to users in Indonesia.
• "User", "you", "your", "Player", "Member" refers to any individual who registers an account, deposits funds, or uses any services provided by arta4d.

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process requiring users to submit government-issued identification documents (KTP/National ID), proof of address, and selfie verification to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and age verification requirements.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use arta4d services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. Age verification is mandatory and will be conducted through our KYC process.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP).
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an account with arta4d, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual (detected through IP address, device fingerprinting, payment method, or KYC documents) will result in immediate closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of funds and bonuses.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Immediately notify arta4d customer support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

arta4d operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. As part of our compliance obligations, you must complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A clear, color photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing all information fields and expiry date.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months, such as a utility bill (electricity, water, gas), bank statement, or government-issued document displaying your name and current address.
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face, ensuring both your face and the ID card details are clearly visible.

arta4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, source of funds, or payment methods. Failure to provide requested documents within seven (7) business days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

arta4d accepts deposits through the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet channels, processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary based on payment method and account verification status. Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. arta4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees on their end.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures

To request a withdrawal from your arta4d account, you must:

• Have completed full KYC verification. Unverified accounts are restricted to deposits only.
• Meet any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses received. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited.
• Withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.
• Request withdrawals only to the same payment method(s) used for deposits, where technically feasible. If the original deposit method does not support withdrawals (e.g., certain e-wallets), alternative methods may be approved on a case-by-case basis.

4.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus offer multiple times.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Using betting patterns or strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine risk (e.g., hedging bets on both sides of a sports outcome).
• Depositing and withdrawing repeatedly to trigger reload bonuses without genuine gameplay.

Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, account suspension, and potential permanent ban. arta4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

5.1 Player Responsibility

arta4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and should be treated as entertainment, not as a means of generating income or solving financial problems. You are solely responsible for:

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, automated software, or any form of artificial assistance to place bets or play games.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action where applicable.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

7.1 Random Number Generators (RNG)

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with arta4d services is to discontinue use and close your account. In no event shall arta4d's total cumulative liability to you exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request permanent closure of your arta4d account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure:

• Any remaining balance in your account (excluding active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method.
• All active bonuses and loyalty rewards will be forfeited.
• You will no longer receive promotional communications from arta4d.
• Account closure is typically irreversible. Re-opening a closed account requires contacting support and may be subject to review.

9.2 arta4d-Initiated Suspension or Closure

arta4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, if:

• We detect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• You become subject to self-exclusion or legal restrictions on gambling.
• Continuing your account would violate applicable laws or regulations.

In cases of account closure for Terms violations, arta4d may, at our sole discretion, confiscate any remaining balance (including deposits and winnings) as compensation for breach of contract and investigative costs.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the arta4d website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, software, and game content, is the property of arta4d or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the arta4d website for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the arta4d website without our prior written consent.
• Use any arta4d trademarks, logos, or branding without express authorization.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of arta4d services shall be resolved through the following process:
